On September 18, the III Gala de Premios Alma took place in Madrid. This prestigious national event was created with a clear goal: to publicly recognize and provide visibility to leaders in innovation, research, entrepreneurship, information, and social commitment in the women's health sector during the year 2024.
The Awards with Soul recognize professional excellence, as well as sensitivity and commitment in each project. Our colleague was awarded for her work as a communicator in her specialty (midwifery) but also - like the other awardees - for her dedication and passion for improving the lives of so many women.
This initiative aims to highlight the importance of communication and information regarding research in women's health. The gala, hosted by journalist Tania Llasera, brought together doctors, researchers, and leaders in the healthcare sector: an ideal space for proactive networking. It was a day where participants and awardees shared reflections, experiences, projects, and information on women's health.
